Develop and implement olfactory strategies tailored to clients markets and categories providing clear guidance to Perfumery teams.
Manage and execute multiple complex briefs developing or selecting fragrances while ensuring collaboration with commercial marketing and consumer insights teams.
Collaborate with regional Creative Centers as needed to successfully deliver projects.
Define the fragrances to be tested and coordinateevaluation activities with the consumer Insights team.
Analyze CMI results and translate them into actionable olfactory guidelines for perfumers
Maintain a broad knowledge of market dynamics consumer preferences and emerging olfactory trends for Fabric and home care category.
Engage effectively with consumers and clients to discuss briefs technical matters and other project related topics.
Demonstrate a strong understanding of consumer behaviors within the assigned categories.
Lead large complex projects from inception to completion ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery.

Are you a curious and driven fragrance expert ready to take on a new challenge Are you passionate about fine fragrances creativity consumer understanding and innovation Then this role may be for you.
What You Bring:
-Bachelors degree and a minimum of 6 years to 15 years of experience in fragrance evaluation ideally with strong exposure to Fabric Care or Home Care.
-Strong olfactory expertise paired with functional knowledge of fragrance development processes.
-Excellent organizational and time-management skills with a strong sense of ownership and ability to work autonomously.
-Experience managing complex projects and working with global or regional network.
-Good technical knowledge of fragrance behaviour in various Fine Fragrance/ Personal Care/ Air Care applications (stability base interactions compliance).
-A proactive creative mindset with the ability to drive innovation and anticipate market preferences.
-Good communication and presentation skills to engage internal and external stakeholders.
-Proven ability to translate consumer data into meaningful fragrance directions.
-Cultural sensitivity and experience working in multicultural cross-functional environments.
