What we are looking for in a Cylinder Exchange Technician

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 21 years old
• Possession of a valid drivers license and a clean driving record
• Valid CDL Class C license and the ability to obtain hazmat endorsement within 30 days of employment
• Ability to obtain EPA 608 license within 14 days of employment
• Strong reading writing and math skills
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and spend extended periods driving
• Ability to lift 75 lbs
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Priority given to safety attitude

Preferred: Experience in HVAC or refrigerant handling is a plus.

What will you do

This is a full-time driving position working Monday through Friday typically 40 hours per week.

In this role youll begin your day by efficiently operating our company box truck to manage scheduled pick-ups and deliveries of refrigerant gas cylinders. You will ensure that each refrigerant cylinder is prepared accurately labeled and handled in compliance with strict safety protocols. Utilizing equipment such as pallet jacks and lift gates youll load and unload shipments consolidate refrigerants and maintain clear detailed records through daily reports and weekly expense submissions. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to reflect our commitment to excellence showcasing your reliable service and safety-first mindset. You will be a critical contributor to our Rapid Exchange program managing a route directly supporting our environmental commitment and operational success.
