Job Description:

Liquid Personnel is recruiting a permanent Occupational Therapist to join its clients Specialist School team in Liverpool supporting children and young people with complex needs including autism SEMH ADHD and associated conditions within a multidisciplinary educational setting.

This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a therapeutic environment where your clinical expertise will help pupils thrive both in and out of the classroom.

What will your responsibilities be

  • Delivering high-quality evidence-based OT interventions
  • Supporting pupils with sensory motor and functional needs
  • Conducting assessments and creating tailored therapy plans
  • Collaborating with education and care staff
  • Contributing to EHCPs and attending review meetings
  • Promoting independence and participation in school life

Qualifications & Experience:

To be successful in this role you must have

  • HCPC registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • Experience working with children or young people with SEN
  • Strong understanding of sensory integration and functional assessments
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Commitment to safeguarding and therapeutic practice
