YOUR MISSION
Support the Customer Lifecycle team in driving user engagement and retention across multiple countries by setting up and executing CRM campaigns with precision collaborating with stakeholders from different markets and growing your technical expertise in tools like Braze.
THE JOURNEY
Support senior analysts in developing and executing lifecycle strategies focused on retention and customer engagement.
Take a hands-on role in setting up campaigns in Braze (targeting journeys A/B tests personalization QA scheduling and delivery).
Own smaller projects such as campaign optimizations or user journey improvements while supporting larger strategic initiatives.
Learn and apply best practices in campaign performance tracking and reporting using Looker Studio or Google Sheets to interpret data and suggest improvements.
Collaborate with stakeholders from different countries and functions (Growth Product Design Data) to ensure campaigns are aligned with local and global goals.
Continuously learn new tools technical setups and processes in CRM and lifecycle marketing.
