Your Role as an LPN
As a Licensed Practical Nurse with Better Home Care youll play a critical role in helping patients live comfortably and safely at home. Youll provide skilled compassionate nursing care while enjoying the flexibility to balance your professional and personal life.

Who Were Looking For
Must-Haves:
Active LPN license in the state of Pennsylvania
Experience with G-tube and tracheostomy care in a home care setting
Understanding of infection control and safety protocols

Physically capable of meeting caregiving demands
Effective communicator with patients and healthcare teams
