About the Role:
Were building a Developer Experience team focused on empowering our engineering organization with tools streamlined workflows and actionable insights. As a Sr. Developer Experience Engineer youll work on internal platforms CI/CD optimization and developer tooling that directly impact productivity and satisfaction across all teams.
Altium offers the opportunity to conceive and build new product features for electronics engineers and add your own ideas to the worlds most collaborative and efficient electronics design platform.
A day in the life of our Sr. Developer Experience Engineer:
- Monitor and improve developer workflows
- Design and develop internal tools and services to support engineering teams
- Share knowledge and promote best practices across the organization
- Organize technical documentation and developer portals
Required Technology Experience:
- .NET
- Experience in web development (JS/TS/HTML/CSS VueJs or similar)
- Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins GitLab) Docker Kubernetes
- Experience working with SQL and NoSQL databases
- Experience working with REST and GraphQL APIs
- Understanding of frontend architecture and performance optimization
Will be a plus:
- Experience with AWS GCP or Azure
- Building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
- Previous work in platform engineering or developer experience teams
- Curiosity growth mindset and willingness to learn
- Experience maintaining and evolving component libraries (eg.: Storybook)
- Experience with testing frameworks (e.g. Vitest Cypress Jest)
Poland only (hybrid mode - Katowice or Wroclaw) and UoP (employment contract)

Our hybrid schedule
Our global hybrid model allows employees to work remotely two days per week. Our designated In-Office Days are Tuesday Wednesday and Thursday. This is when we come together in-person as a team to collaborate learn from one another and accelerate innovation.Some exceptions apply.
