Summary
The Online Fulfillment Associate is responsible for completing the processing of all incoming online orders from the online platform(s). The Online Fulfillment Associate is in charge of properly pulling the applicable inventory products building the orders in the POS system and staging the customers order for the dispatch agents. All state compliance standards must be adhered to such as printing applicable product labels providing order totals to customers and providing good customer service for outbound calls to customers. Verifying delivery eligibility and confirming that all proper documentation has been received to proceed with a compliant order as well as updating and building POS system and online ordering platform profiles. The Online Fulfillment Associate is also responsible for outbound and inbound customer phone calls regarding any applicable questions during the account creation process. Assist in order fulfillment by properly pulling the applicable inventory products building the orders and staging them for the processing agents to then enter into the POS system.

Must complete Osha 10 Industry Training within 6 months of hire (company paid)
Education and/or Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully an individual should have knowledge of basic computer systems.
Certificates Licenses Registrations
Must possess a Nevada Dispensary Agent work card and be 21 years of age or older.
