About the Role
As Company Lawyer / Senior Paralegal at MaxGrip you will operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. You are a trusted advisor to the Board and management shaping legal and compliance frameworks that support our international growth. At the same time you ensure day-to-day legal operations run smoothlydrafting and reviewing contracts managing compliance and enabling business teams to move forward confidently.
This dual focus makes your role both impactful and hands-on: you influence strategic decisions while safeguarding operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic advisory: Act as a sparring partner for Board and management on legal risks compliance and international growth initiatives.
Commercial contracts: Draft review and negotiate complex agreements with clients partners and suppliers.
Contract management: Oversee the contract lifecycle within our CMS continuously improving templates processes and governance.
Compliance & governance: Develop implement and maintain legal and compliance policies aligned with international regulations and best practices.
Business enablement: Provide clear business-minded legal advice to sales marketing and project teams. Deliver training on contracting and negotiation.
Corporate affairs: Manage disputes and litigation in collaboration with external counsel safeguard intellectual property and corporate documents.
Operational oversight: Monitor key legal documents (e.g. shareholder agreements incorporation documents) and ensure they remain up to date and compliant.
About You
Masters degree in Law with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in commercial or corporate law.
Proven ability to combine strategic advice with hands-on legal execution.
Skilled in drafting reviewing and negotiating complex agreements.
Strong communication skills in English and Dutch both written and spoken.
Pragmatic detail-oriented and comfortable working across multiple stakeholders.
Knowledge of GDPR the EU Data Act and ISO 27001 is considered an advantage.
