About your workplace
Miele X is growing fast and because of that we are looking for a eCommerce Project Manager. As a new member you are going to be part of the eCommerce Project Management team. You are responsible for the successful delivery of various projects such as international rollouts of ecommerce platform(s) delivery of complex features or multi-faceted functional improvement projects.We are offering you the opportunity to work with a highly motivated team of digital experts from diverse backgrounds and many different countries who together create an amazing culture at Miele X.
Your responsibilities:
- We enable project teams to deliver great work on time. Each project manager facilitates this by day-to-day management of various projects. Activities include project planning monitoring the progress of project activities and milestones managing risks preventing/clearing blockers reporting eliciting and documenting learnings expectation management and continuous stakeholder management & communication.
- Projects we work on include international rollouts of ecommerce platform(s) managing the development of complex features alongside product management teams and multi-faceted functional improvement projects where coordination with a large number of different teams is needed. Not everything we do are multi-month projects were flexible to enable delivery where needed and like to get involved in different topics when time permits!
- Be ready to be hands on: Some projects involve a degree of business analysis gap analysis feature validation or running workshops with business and IT to identify define and document processes and requirements.
- You will contribute to achieving Miele X objectives by ensuring projects deliver on their defined goals and success metrics and project KPI performance is measured and reported.
- Supporting various project-adjacent activities such as roadmap definition management of interdependencies cross-project reporting etc.
- We continually adapt our processes and ways of working. The project manager supports the ongoing development and implementation of best practices to improve the way we deliver projects. They share their knowledge and advocate and cultivate an agile mindset in the organization.
Your profile:
- Bachelors or Masters degree preferably in a Business or Technology related field of study required. Professional experience in the implementation and management of software development projects ideally in the field of digital commerce (from concept phase to international rollouts).
- Strong project management competence (agile and hybrid) combined with ability to manage multiple projects at a time. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills ideally in corporate or complex international environments.
- Some technical know-how with CMS and eCommerce systems e.g. SAP Commerce Cloud (Hybris) as well as sound knowledge in the administration and extension of such systems. Good knowledge of web system architectures in connection with system landscapes to be integrated such as PIM/MAM ERP payment providers etc.
- Team orientation and focus on building long term working relationships with colleagues across the organization
- Motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision.
