An exciting opportunity has arisen forenthusiastic well-motivated individuals who are interested in end-of-life care.
St Lukes is delivering on its vision of a Hospice without Walls with the support of its End-of-Life Urgent Care Teamas a Healthcare Assistant for the End-of-Life Urgent Care Service you will assist in supporting community-based end of life (EOL) patients in meeting their preferred place of care/death and prevent inappropriate admission to secondary care.
Whilst this role can be busy and challenging there is great reward in helping make a real difference at the end of a persons life by caring for them in their own homes and preferred place of care/death.
