Principal Accountabilities
- Must be able to rotate all positions: Grinder Operator Gravy Mix injection Brine Tumbler and Spice Room
- Set up machines weigh grinding chopper mixing scales and to drive a jack
- Set up and tear down equipment
- Cross-trained within department as needed
- Responsible for completion of paperwork and other miscellaneous duties
- Also requires lifting stooping bending reaching pulling and recording weights from scales
- Ability to operate the IPFS system
- Ability to perform multiple tasks
- Work on the production line as needed
- Ability to read and comprehend meat inventories and formulas for product
- Ability to read specs
- Must be able to rotate within the department and other departments
Primarily work with gravy department
Required Qualifications
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must be able to lift 50lbs
- Ability to work flexible hours and/or shifts
- Accuracy precision and dependability are a necessity
- Must be a self-starter and have good communication skills
- Must be a team player but also must be able to work well alone
- Must have good basic math and reading skills

Previous production/farm experience
Previous Cargill experience
Work history in the past 12 months
