THE ROLE:
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Cluster Executive Chef (m/f/d) to lead the culinary direction for both hotels in Würzburg.
YOUR MAIN TASKS:
Overall responsibility for culinary concepts at Moxy & AC Würzburg
Lead motivate and develop the kitchen team
Create innovative brand-specific menus tailored to both hotels
Ensure highest food quality safety and hygiene standards (HACCP)
Manage purchasing supplier relations and cost control
Collaborate closely with F&B management and other departments
Hands-on operational support during service events and banquets
Job requirements
WHAT YOU BRING:
Several years of leadership experience as Head Chef ideally within hotel environments
Passion for creative modern cuisine with local influence
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire your team
Excellent organizational and cost-management abilities
Solid product knowledge and curiosity for culinary innovation
Strong communication skills in German and English
