Position Overview
Responsible forthe growth and profitability of the district operations while providing and promoting the leadership vision support direction and enforcement of company policies for all operations within the district and market servedby performing the following duties.
Salary range $110-$130k with bonus schedule.
Job Duties
What Youll Do:
- Educate residential and commercial customers on the needs of their trees.
- Provide customers with estimates based on their needs.
- Develop and update sales strategies and performance of team.
- Create and build relationships with new and existing clients.
- Set up supervise and train crew members sales team and office staff.
- As District Manager you give direction to the team.
Qualifications
What Were Looking For:
- Required: ISA Certified Arborist or Nebraska Arborist Association Certification
- Required: Five years of related industry experience
- Required: Valid drivers license
- Regional plant and horticulture knowledge
- Good people skills; self-motivated; computer proficient and organized
- Must be knowledgeable and experienced with tree care hazard tree evaluation integrated pest management and industry approved tree care practices
- Preferred: Relevant pesticide and related licenses and certificates if required by state law
- Preferred: TRAQ and CTSP certifications
