Job Description

Software Developer Intern

Location

This position is onsite minimally 3 days a week at our Corporate headquarters located in Jackson MI. The selected candidate must be within a commutable distance or willing to relocate (relocation package is available for those that qualify).

The interview process for this position will consist of a panel interview as well as a technical assessment.

General Summary of Responsibilities

Join our Application & Analytics team and help our subject matter experts tackle real business challenges in the energy industry. As an intern youll engage with critical topics sharpen your analytical creative and leadership skills and contribute to developing innovative applications using agile tools. Your work matters: you will drive operational improvements that save costs for customers improve performance so we can more effectively deliver heat and light and develop applications that increase customer satisfaction.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

Education/Experience

Currently enrolled and actively pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in the business or engineering field majoring in Computer Engineering Computer Science Information Systems Industrial Engineering or a similar field. The minimum GPA requirement for this internship position is 2.7.

Hours and Travel
Meet travel requirements of the position. Work a flexible schedule which may include evenings weekends holidays and overtime.
