KONE is a global leader in elevator and escalator solutions committed to improving the flow of urban life. We seek an experiencedForemanto lead our installation projects in Rabat/Marrakech ensuring safety quality and timely completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise installation teams to ensuresafety quality and productivityon site.
- Planned prepared and managed installation logisticsand materials ensuring smooth site execution.
- Ensure adherence toinstallation methods tools and risk assessments and resolve any non-conformities.
- Leadregular site audits progress reports and handovers to maintenance.
- Maintaincustomer satisfactionwith proactive communication and professional project delivery.
- Managesubcontractor relationshipsand ensure teamtraining and competence.
- Promote continuous improvementthrough Lean practices enhancing team collaboration and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years experience in Project Management and managing subcontractors.
- Experience in running Construction and/or electrical projects through the full lifecycle.
- Experience in the modernization and/or full replacement of elevators and escalators will be advantageous.
- Basic technical understandingof installation processes.
- Strongcommercial awareness.
- Proficiency inEnglish.
- Experience in theconstruction industry or elevator industryis an asset.
- Strong leadership communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge ofLean methodologiesandinstallation safety standards.
