Customer Service Agent Needed in Cartersville

I.K. Hofmann USA has a need for a Customer Service Agent in Cartersville Ga

Job Responsibilities:

correspond with customers sales production quality and other necessary departments to obtain orders answer questions and resolve issues

process orders from entry to shipment

answer inquiries from both internal and external parties

maintain filing system and assist the sakes team when necessary

communicate effectively with customers and other team members

experience with Microsoft Office is required with SAP or AAS400 experience preferred

Essential Job Functions:

Must be able to move up to 50lbs.

Must be able to remain in a stationary position for some parts of the day.

Must be able to position oneself to maintain and access equipment as needed.

Work Environment:

Must be able to wear protective gear such as steel-toed boots if needed

Are sometimes exposed to very hot or very cold temperatures. Workspaces may not be temperature-controlled.

May have to get into awkward positions to reach cramped workspaces.

Schedule:

Monday-Friday 8AM-5PM

Payrate:

$48000/annually
