Job Description
- This role typically requires 10 years of work experience in strategy finance or business development role in a Retail-centric environment; 8 years related experience with a strategy consulting firm or investment bank and/or experience as a Chief of Staff at a large organization
- 5 years people management experience
- Experience managing relationships and working cross-functionally within global organizations
- Ability to understand and articulate the big picture to executive teams while maintaining exceptional attention to execution details
- Excellent problem-solving and presentation skills with the ability to effectively facilitate complex meetings with executives and partners across multiple functions in an organization
- Excellent program management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Excellent Keynote / Powerpoint and Excel skills
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience
- Outstanding analytical skills and experience in collecting analyzing and tracking key business data
- Relentless focus on details accuracy and quality
- Exceptional influencer that knows how to connect the dots at the project team and organizational levels
