What Youll Do
- Administer TMS treatments under physician direction (training provided).
- Create a safe supportive and therapeutic experience for every patient.
- Educate prospective patients about TMS therapy.
- Manage scheduling follow-ups and maintain HIPAA-compliant records.
- Support clinic operations through administrative tasks and team collaboration.
- Live out NeuroStims values of hope integrity and service in every interaction.
Requirements
What Were Looking For
- Preferred Education: BS in Psychology Neuroscience or related field.
- 2 years in healthcare patient care or medical office support (CNA MA Patient Care Tech etc.).
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; EHR experience a plus.
- Comfortable working with medical/mechanical devices.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Preferred: BLS certification.
