As a Finishing Associate youll play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and presentation of our merchandise. Your duties will encompass a range of tasks including meticulously folding clothing expertly packing shirts and other items and conducting thorough quality checks to maintain our high standards. Theres also potential for cross-training in our other departments.

*This job involves repetitive tasks and it is important that each team-member maintains focus.

This is a full-time position weekdays from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Job Skills and Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Dependable and punctual
• Strong team player with a cooperative mindset
• Comfortable executing repetitive tasks with precision and efficiency particularly in folding garments
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various departmental roles
• Ability to maintain consistency and meticulous attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of meeting daily and weekly production targets
• Effective communication skills
• Alertness in identifying and reporting product defects or discrepancies to supervisors
• Capable of standing and walking for extended periods (8 hours)
• Capable of lifting pushing pulling grabbing and carrying items weighing up to 40 lbs.
• Proficient in accurately distinguishing between colors
