Job Summary

Registered Client Service Associate

Onsite Fast-Paced Wealth Management Firm

Are you a client service professional with the experience drive and licenses to thrive in a dynamic wealth management environment We are seeking a Registered Client Service Associate to provide high-level support to financial advisors and deliver an exceptional client experience.

This is a hands-on role where youll manage client relationships oversee account operations and ensure seamless day-to-day support in a fast-paced firm.

What Youll Do

  • Prepare and process account opening transfers distributions and related paperwork.

  • Meet directly with clients to review forms obtain signatures and guide them through account processes.

  • Place trades (buy/sell) and handle documentation with accuracy and compliance.

  • Monitor accounts for withdrawals distributions insufficient funds and outgoing transfers.

  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM (Redtail) documenting all actions and follow-ups.

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client inquiries (ACH deposits withdrawals cost basis tax reporting online access etc.).

  • Collaborate closely with financial advisors on account activity and client needs.

  • Use industry and proprietary software to support advisor/client work.

  • Help contribute to an outstanding client experience.

  • Stay current with regulatory requirements and firm policies.

What Were Looking For

  • Active FINRA licenses: Series 7 (will sponsor for the 66).

  • 5 years of client service or administrative experience in financial services or banking.

  • Strong working knowledge of brokerage operations investment products and compliance requirements.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite CRM systems and financial software.

  • Exceptional organizational skills attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong client relationship skills.

  • A proactive self-starter mindset with the ability to thrive in a team-oriented fast-paced environment.
