Job Description

Job Summary
Paraprofessionalto support K-8 in ELA Math and other subject areas. Experience working with students with learning needs preferred but not required
Job Responsibilities
- Support student in ELA Math and other subjects.
- Work with the classroom teacher to adapt lessons and materials.
- Assist with assignments organization and task completion.
- Monitor progress and provide feedback to the teacher.
- Encourage student engagement and confidence.
- Promote social and communication skill development.
- Maintain confidentiality and support the schools Catholic values.
Job Requirements
High school diploma required; associates degree or higher preferred.
Experience with middle school students or learning needs preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient supportive and team-oriented.
