What Youll Do:
Greet and check patients in and out with enthusiasm.
Schedule and reschedule appointments via text and phone.
Collect payments and track care plans.
Maintain patient records using EMR systems.
Prepare treatment rooms.
Support daily office operations and patient education.
What You Bring:
Associate degree or equivalent experience.
Background in healthcare or customer service (required).
Excellent organization and communication skills.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
EMR software knowledge (preferred).
Schedule:
Mon: 7:30 AM6:30 PM
Tues: 10:00 AM6:30 PM
Wed: 7:30 AM6:30 PM
Thurs: 7:30 AM2:00 PM
Fri: 7:30 AM12:30 PM
Weekends as needed (for biannual seminars).
