For this position the perfect Rhino should have the following skills:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
- At least 3 years of professional experience as an AI Engineer or in a similar role
- Strong proficiency in Python for data processing API integration and AI pipeline development
- Hands-on experience with graph databases and vector databases
- Familiarity with graph algorithms (e.g. shortest paths centrality community detection semantic linking)
- Deep understanding of embeddings vector search and similarity measures (cosine similarity dot product etc.)
- Experience with prompt optimization and LLM fine-tuning
- Knowledge of LangChain or equivalent orchestration frameworks
- Experience with deep learning and neural networks (Plus)
- Knowledge of natural language processing and computer vision (Plus)
- Fluency in English (B2)
- Availability for remote work based in Portugal
