Job Summary
We are currently seeking a Accountant to join the high-performing team of a rapidly growing organization based in Sacramento. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of progressive accounting experience and demonstrate strong leadership capabilities.
Salary $75000- $82000 plus profit sharing
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records including journal entries reconciliations and month-end close
- Assist with budgeting forecasting and variance analysis across multiple properties
- Support accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely vendor payments
- Collaborate with property managers and leadership to streamline financial reporting
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
- 2 years of accounting experience (real estate or property management a plus)
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
