JOB SUMMARY:
Intern will analyze large databases to generate new information and reporting alongside the Payment Management team at Universal Orlando Resort. Through supporting the forecasting of receivables & fees reconciliation of detailed credit card data processes and learning internal and external payment systems the intern will have an active part in the reconciliation process. They will have the opportunity to practice analyzing large data bases to generate reporting hone Excel skills and learn various POS and banking systems and reports.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Performs daily reconciliation.
- Supports data entry & data mining to find anomalies patterns and correlations within large data sets.
- Forecasts outcomes within large data sets.
- Determines corrective actions for variances.
- Understands and actively participates in Environmental Health & Safety responsibilities by following established UO policy procedures training and Team Member involvement activities.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- In pursuit of an Associate Bachelor or Graduate degree at an Accredited Institution with current class standing of Sophomore or above.
- Minimum cumulative 2.8 GPA is required.
- A transcript is required upon application.
PREFERRED SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE:
- Preferred majors include: Accounting Finance or similar.
- Working knowledge of basic accounting.

- This internship will be an in-person experience based in our Orlando offices.
- Interns must be currently pursuing a degree at an accredited university and must have a graduation date later than August 2026.
- Universal Orlando does not provide housing. Interns are responsible for their own housing and transportation.
- All of our internships are paid and you may also qualify for housing financial assistance if applicable. The Recruiter will provide specific eligibility details.
