Who we are looking for

We are looking for a talented and motivated AI/ML Engineer to be a core builder of our initial AI solutions. Your first responsibility will be to develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts for our highest-impact use cases such as creating a basic component recommender or a simple step-optimization algorithm. As these solutions mature you will be responsible for building them into robust scalable and production-ready AI models. You will work closely with the AI Architect to bring the technical vision to life and lay the groundwork for our future AI-powered products.

What you get to do

  • Design develop and implement AI/ML models and algorithms for prototypes and production systems.
  • Analyze and preprocess large datasets for model training and validation.
  • Conduct experiments to test and optimize AI models for performance and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the AI Architect product and engineering teams to integrate AI solutions into our products.
  • Write clean maintainable and well-documented code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug AI applications to resolve technical issues.

What you bring to the Team

  • Bachelors degree in Computer Science Artificial Intelligence or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AI and machine learning model development.
  • Strong programming skills in Python.
  • Hands-on experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
  • Experience with data manipulation and scientific computing libraries (e.g. Pandas NumPy Scikit-learn).
  • Solid understanding of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
