We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Life Enrichment Assistant/Recreational Therapist to join our team. If you are a Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (NCTRC) and a Licensed Recreational Therapist by NCBRTL we would love to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recreational therapy programs that enhance the physical emotional and social well-being of our residents.
- Assess residents needs and interests to create personalized activity plans.
- Facilitate group and individual activities that promote engagement and enjoyment.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Maintain accurate documentation of residents progress and participation.
Qualifications:
- Certified Therapeutic Recreation Specialist (NCTRC).
- Licensed Recreational Therapist by NCBRTL.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
