Position Overview
We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented IMC Manager Beauty to join our high-performing Integrated Marketing Communications team in Shark this role you will support the planning development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that drive consumer engagement product awareness and brand growth across multiple channels.
You will work cross-functionally with product marketing creative media digital and retail teams to ensure consistency and cohesion in how Shark Beauty shows up across all consumer touchpointsglobally and at scale.
What Youll Do:
- Development and execution of 360 IMC plans for product launches brand campaigns and seasonal promotions
- Manage and track campaign deliverables timelines and budgets across internal and external partners
- Serve as a point of contact between cross-functional teams to align messaging creative assets and media strategies
- Lead the development of creative briefs and contribute to messaging frameworks and content planning
- Collaborate with media PR influencer and social teams to ensure consistent activation of campaign strategy
- Monitor campaign performance and assist in preparing post-campaign analysis recaps and presentations
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform campaign planning and brand storytelling
- Stay current on marketing trends consumer insights and emerging technologies relevant to Shark Beautys business
What Youll Bring
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Communications Business or a related field
- 5-8 years of experience in marketing advertising or communications preferably in a fast-paced consumer goods environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects deadlines and priorities with strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially PowerPoint and Excel); experience with project management tools (e.g. Asana Smartsheet) is a plus
- Passion for innovation storytelling and driving consumer impact
- Comfortable working in a high-growth agile environment with cross-functional teams
