We are seeking a knowledgeable and skilled Technical Specialist with a strong background in domestic central heating and Air Source Heat Pumps to join our Customer Care team in Manchester. You will be the go-to expert on our products providing technical expertise to support remote diagnostics troubleshooting and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of UK central heating systems with specialisation in Air Source Heat Pumps. You will need to have excellent problem-solving skills and be dedicated to enhancing customer satisfaction through high-quality support.
Aira will provide all necessary product training to ensure you are equipped with the knowledge required to excel in this role.
