Managing audit engagements from planning through to completion
Leading and mentoring junior team members
Building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service
Ensuring compliance with auditing standards and regulatory requirements
Contributing to business development and practice growth initiatives
Supporting the implementation of new audit methodologies and technologies
WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:
ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with 3 years post-qualification experience
Strong technical audit knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent leadership and people management skills
Outstanding communication and client relationship abilities
Proven track record of managing multiple audit engagements
Commitment to delivering exceptional quality and client service
