Job Summary (List Format):
- Provide full onsite technical support for computer hardware software networking and mobile devices.
- Support a range of platforms including Windows HP Apple Microsoft Surface Android/iPhone and Mac operating systems.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory Intune Teams Outlook Office 365 SCCM and TCP/IP networks.
- Manage and resolve issues with VoIP systems Cisco video systems and video conferencing tools.
- Support and troubleshoot home technology systems including smart home devices automation and networks.
- Deliver executive-level customer support ensuring prompt clear and effective communication.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues efficiently and creatively.
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced high-demand executive environment.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
- Demonstrate persistence attention to detail critical thinking and dedication to complete issue resolution.
- Work independently or collaboratively as required adapting to changing priorities.
- Industry certifications such as A Microsoft Certified Professional or equivalent are preferred.
