Location: New York City (Hybrid 3 days onsite)

Long Term Contract - W2/C2C

Experience: 8 10 years

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer (Python) to design and develop robust high-performance server-side applications and APIs.

Responsibilities

Develop test and maintain scalable backend services and microservices.
Design and optimize database schemas and queries.
Implement secure authentication/authorization solutions.
Collaborate with front-end teams to integrate APIs.
Monitor and improve system performance and reliability.

Required Skills

8 10 years of backend development experience with Python.
Strong knowledge of frameworks like Django Flask or FastAPI.
Experience with RESTful APIs and GraphQL.
Hands-on expertise with SQL/NoSQL databases.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure) CI/CD and containerization (Docker Kubernetes).
Solid understanding of software design principles and best practices.
