Job Description
I am seeking a skilled and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team in St. Petersburg FL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the safety functionality and appearance of our property. This is a full-time position that includes rotating on-call emergency coverage so flexibility is a must.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on HVAC systems plumbing electrical and general building components
- Respond promptly to maintenance service requests
- Complete preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled
- Troubleshoot equipment and systems to identify and resolve issues
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety standards and company policies
- Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies
- HVAC Certification (EPA) Required
- 2 years of experience in maintenance or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of HVAC plumbing electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks related to maintenance work
- Reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and time-management skills
- Must be able to work in a team environment and independently
