Job Description
Design and implement AWS cloud infrastructure to support voice workloads SBCs and related services.
Automate infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Terraform or Ansible.
Develop tools and scripts in Python to manage and monitor infrastructure voice systems and APIs.
Integrate and manage REST APIs for provisioning and orchestration of SBC and voice systems.
Support and maintain SBC deployments in cloud and hybrid environments.
and log aggregation for observability and operational intelligence.
Participate in voice network troubleshooting working closely with voice and infra teams.
Collaborate on data strategy initiatives to expose voice quality system health and reliability metrics.
Assist in enabling ML/AI-driven monitoring by making structured voice and network data available to analytics platforms.
Key Skills & Qualifications
Core Skills:
2 5 years of experience in infrastructure cloud or DevOps engineering roles.
Proficiency with AWS services including VPC EC2 IAM CloudWatch and S3.
Experience with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or Ansible.
Strong skills in Python scripting for automation and tool development.
Hands-on experience integrating and working with REST APIs.
Good understanding of networking fundamentals (subnetting routing firewalls NAT).
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with VoIP technologies (SIP RTP) and experience working with SBC platforms (e.g. Ribbon Oracle AudioCodes).
Experience deploying and managing SBCs in AWS or Azure environments.
Knowledge of telemetry observability and monitoring tools such as Prometheus Grafana Splunk or ELK.
