Job Summary

Key Accountabilities

1. Collection / Delivery of specimens reports and other items

a. Effective collection of specimens from various clients as per SOPs

b. Ensure vehicles are clean and roadworthy.

c. Handle administrative duties and queries.

d. Maintain safety and housekeeping standards.

e. Provide additional support in the department when required.

f. Ensure all logistic protocols are adhered to as per training received.

2. Quality Management

a. Ensure the correct application for quality assurance processes in standard operating procedures.

b. Adherence to company policies and procedures

3. Living the JDJ Lab Value System

a. Comply with Customer Focus requirements

b. Accountability to patients supporters and all members of JDJ Laboratory

c. Display respect and ethical behaviour

d. Good team player with good communication skills
