Job Description

Description
Responsibilities:
- Develops recommends implements and manages IT Enterprise Architecture (EA) strategy and architect deliverables for the organization
General Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in development and implementation of Enterprise Architecture
- Knowledge and experience in Application architecture Technology Architecture Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Demonstrated Strategic thinking and development aligns strategic objectives with technology and resources
- Ability to define business capabilities and processes
- Experience providing direction on operationalizing business strategy including systems processes and required data.
- Demonstrated Transformation thinking and understanding of data interdependencies
- Experience identifying technology risks and mitigations
- Experience developing IT strategy aligned with business vision
- Ability to streamline application landscape for optional performance decommission redundancy and reduce cost
- Excellent analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; presentation skills; interpersonal and negotiation skills
- A team player with a track record for meeting deadlines
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Stakeholder Engagement including presentations and briefing notes and conducting / facilitating meetings
- Experience and knowledge in Project Management

Enterprise Architecture Frameworks and Tools: and nbsp;Weightage: 25%
- Demonstrated experience in Enterprise Architecture Application Portfolio Management and IT Governance
- Deep knowledge and understanding of multiple enterprise architecture frameworks/methodologies
- Experience in structured methodologies for the design development and implementation of applications
- Demonstrated experience with multiple Enterprise Architecture tools that support:
- Architecture Modelling and Blueprinting Architecture Repository Management Portfolio Management Road mapping and Planning Governance and Compliance Visualizations and Reporting Integration with other processes and tools
- Experience in the use of development tools Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) tools information retrieval packages and other software tools such as project management software and business re-engineering software
Application Portfolio Management: and nbsp;Weightage: 25%
- Experience in measuring business and technical value of solutions including defining key data and processes for capturing key data
- Experience in value analysis for IT solutions applications platforms and infrastructure
- Experience in portfolio risk analysis technical debt vendor viability and direction analysis market trends and skill availability
- Experience with application lifecycle management and cross dependencies with infrastructure lifecycle management contract management and cloud as a service. and nbsp;
Enterprise Architecture Domains: and nbsp;Weightage 20%
- Knowledge and experience in Application architecture Technology Architecture Artificial Intelligence (AI)
- Experience in developing enterprise architecture deliverables (e.g. models) Awareness of emerging I and amp;IT trends and directions
- Experience leading shared platform design documentation and configuration for medium or large corporate implementations
- Demonstrated experience and understanding of solutioning based on a composable and modular architecture approach and leveraging enterprise platforms and nbsp;
IT Strategy and Change Management: and nbsp;Weightage: 20%
- Demonstrated Strategic thinking and development aligns strategic objectives with technology and resources
