Job Summary

Track and own your teams progress towards hitting deadlines and throughput area performance standards and goals and hold your team accountable to hitting them.

Build and develop your team. Own large pieces of scheduling training and recruiting.
Own safety of the team and of the food. Ensure the facility and associates comply with all state and local regulatory agencies.
