The Role

As a dedicated Systems Engineer you will join the Apple Practice at Presidio. Working with an experienced team of Apple engineers youll use your experience with macOS iOS iPadOS and other IT systems to deliver world class solutions to Presidios enterprise customers.

As an Apple Technical Consultant you will engage directly with one of Presidios prestigious customers and work with the Apple Practice engineers to manage all aspects of their mobile platforms.

Job Responsibilities:

• Managing all customers mobile devices including fault finding and repair/replacement as required
• Liaising with internal IT staff to ensure a high level of service for end users based around Ireland and the UK.
• Utilising MDM soultions to ensure devices are secure and compliant while maintaining end user experiences
• Lifecycle management of mobile devices

Required Skills:

• Solid knowledge of iPadOS and iOS
• Solid networking/server knowledge
• Experience using Intune for mobile device management
• Experience of managing Apple on a large scale in the enterprise environment
• Experience with ConnectWise or other enterprise service management and ticketing systems

Additional Desired Skills:

• Knowledge of Android mobile device platform
• Excellent communication skills and able to work effectively within a team of other engineers
• Ability to also see the bigger picture for a relationship with a client and not just the specific task in hand
• Able to work under pressure with proven time management
• Attention to detail with documentation and representing your employer to the highest standard

Education and Experience:

• Bachelors degree or minimum 1 year relevant industry experience
