Job Summary
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Deputy Manager-Audit in the following activities:
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual MIS
- Monthly/Quarterly/Annual submissions for statutory and internal audit
- Collaborate with Internal & External Auditors Company Secretary and relevant stakeholders to align financial reporting with regulatory standards.
- Participate in concurrent audit of transactions & Identify and drive improvements in accounting and financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Optimise usage of the SAP FICO module for financial management and reporting.
- Stay informed about changes in industry & business compliance.
- Develop dashboards to capture useful data for audit & decision-making.
- Mentor and support team members contributing to a cohesive and high-performing audit function.
- Promote a workplace culture that values transparency teamwork and continuous improvement.
- Accounting of Gratuity Trust in Tally
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: MBA or CA Inter is mandatory.
- Experience:5-6 years of experience and at least 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing setup preferably within the oil and gas sector.
Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial compliance and regulatory standards.
- Proficiency in SAP FICO & Tally and data analytics tools.
- Understanding of taxation laws and financial reporting practices.
Other Skills:
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities for effective stakeholder engagement.
