Registered Nurse RN ProgressiveHealth Occ Health LLC Evansville IN

We are looking for a full-time Registered Nurse to join our team to support case management and injury care for a large manufacturing client across multiple states including a broad salesforce team. Come be a part of a growing organization in a progressive supportive and innovative team!

  • Day shift schedule 8am-4pm (flexible)- No weekends or holidays!
  • $2000 Sign-on/Retention Bonus!

What will you be doing in this role

Primary responsibilities:

  • ADA Accommodations and Workers compensation case management
  • Disability/Leave management/Return to work support
  • Assist with Evansville OHS clinic operations as needed
  • Provide education to employees or clients as the subject matter expert
  • Provide support to various client HR and Safety Teams

Onsite clinic services including:

  • Providing treatment as appropriate to employees for both work and non-work-related injuries or illnesses
  • Giving injections or treatments as ordered or per protocol within the clinic
  • Administering surveillance testing including hearing conversation and respirator exams
  • Maintaining pertinent records in a timely and accurate manner for all patients per the proper electronic medical record or documentation source
  • Other duties or support as assigned

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent for a Registered Nurse
  • The required state licensure certification and registration that is in good standing with the state or the ability to obtain the required state licensure including a compact license for multi-state case service in applicable states.
  • CPR/AED/BLS (basic life support) certification or the ability to obtain it prior to start of employment; maintain and provide proof of current certification(s)
  • Greater than one-year work experience specifically in an occupational health setting
  • Knowledge and experience with Electronic Medical Records
  • The ability to stand walk and sit throughout entire assigned shift
  • A high degree of professionalism in both written and verbal communication
  • The ability to work both independently and in a team environment without constant supervision
  • Be able to maintain confidentiality
  • Strong computer skills including proficiency with databases and with Microsoft Office applications including Outlook Word PowerPoint and Excel
