Responsibilities
Provide basic healthcare support to students and staff under the supervision of a school nurse.
Monitor students with chronic conditions (asthma diabetes allergies seizures etc.).
Administer first aid and provide assistance during emergencies.
Maintain accurate health records and documentation.
Communicate with parents/guardians regarding student health concerns.
Support individualized healthcare plans (IHPs) and emergency action plans (EAPs).
Assist with health screenings and routine health checks.
Ensure compliance with infection control immunization requirements and school health policies.
Collaborate with teachers counselors and administrators to promote student well-being.
