How youll contribute

ARadiology Technicianwho excels in this role:

• Review patient history and physicians orders.
• Educate patients regarding procedures equipment and exams to ensure understanding and cooperation.
• When ordered prepare and administer contrast media and/or medications within the scope of practice.
• Monitors patient condition continually and reports/responds to changes in status as appropriate.
• Prepares equipment and supplies.

What were looking for
Applicants should have a high school diploma or equivalent.

Additional requirements include:

• Graduate of a Program in Radiologic Technology.
• Critical thinking skills decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) American Hearth Association (AHA).
• Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
