Instrumentation Sr. Mfg Maintenance Technician (Day Shift 2-3-2 6am-6pm)

How will you make an impact
Perform instrumentation work at a technical level by troubleshooting recommending preventive actions and assisting in the support of the overall PM/calibration program. To troubleshoot instruments to the root cause you must move beyond simply identifying symptoms and apply a structured evidence-based approach. This involvescombining a methodical troubleshooting process with formal root cause analysis (RCA) techniques
- Document conditions actions procedures and results of work tests or inspections performed as needed by company policies and procedures.
- Maintain and upgrade technical and non-technical skills by participating in company and outside training programs.
- Maintain work area and equipment in a clean safe and orderly manner.
- Work as a great teammate with other colleagues during daily work activities and troubleshooting.
- 24/7 On Call when needed.
- Work Overtime wheen needed.
Education:
- Associates degree in Electronics/Electrical Instrumentation Technology Engineering or other applicable technical degrees is preferred although equivalent experience will be considered.
- Minimum requirement is a High school diploma or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of instrumentation experience is required with High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Associates degree is acceptable with less than 2 years of instrumentation or electrical/electronic experience.
- Pharmaceutical experience is preferred
Knowledge Skills Abilities:
- Ability to troubleshoot problematic equipment and various electrical component systems with and without a schematic.
- Proficiency in the use of highly technical diagnostic and test equipment.
- Knowledge of electronic component recognition and operation.
- Skilled in problem analysis planning and organization.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to read and comprehend blueprints manuals and training materials.
- Ability to schedule and assign work to the team.
- Strong troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to guide other colleagues CGMP calibration and troubleshooting techniques.
Physical Requirements:
- Capability to stand walk bend kneel and crouch intermittently for extended durations.
- Manipulation of light to medium weights of 25-50 pounds occasionally pushing and pulling 50-100 pounds.
- Ability to climb ladders and access heights.
