Automotive Inventory & Listings Coordinator (Entry Level)

Location:Lincoln NE (in person; regional driving required)
Schedule:Full-time Saturdays required Days off: Tuesday & Sunday
Pay:$17.50/hour bonuses

What youll do
- Photograph incoming used vehiclesfor online listings (smartphone or tablet).
- Create and price listingsusing dealership software; write clear compelling descriptions.
- Track inventory workflowsusing spreadsheets (Google Sheets) and simple checklists.
- Drive up to 3 hoursto retrieve purchased vehicles (company/provided transport).
- Source used vehiclesusing software tools; research pricing and availability.
- Communicate with private sellersby phone/text/email andmake purchase offers.
- Pitch in withquick washes/wipe-downswhen needed this isnt detailing but were an all-hands team.

- Comfort with technology:fast typing accurate data entry strong keyboard skills.
- Smartphone skills:you know how to frame focus and take sharp photos.
- Organization & follow-through:you like checklists and closing loops.
- People skills:clear friendly communicator who can build trust quickly.
- Valid drivers license and ability to handle regional driving trips (up to 3 hours).
