Your opportunity
In your role as a change expert for ING you execute high-priority Risk assignments that align with INGs strategic goals and regulatory commitments. You:
Support the orchestration and drive complex cross-border change initiatives with energy structure and clarity across tribes functions business lines and countries.
Help identify engage and align key stakeholders from across the organization bringing the right people together to drive program success.
Ensure the most efficient way of working by effective stakeholder management.
Work in a dynamic international environment where your contributions have a tangible impact in the business.
Collaborate with a dynamic global community of change experts to share best practices and enhance your capabilities and skills.
This all ensures that complex Risk change initiatives are executed smoothly in a structured manner.
Your team
You will join the Global Change Execution (GCE) department part of INGs COO Tech & Transformation organization. Within GCE youll be a member of the Change Expert Team Risk based in Amsterdam reporting to the Head of Global Change & Transformation Capabilities.
This team delivers regulatory changes in domains as Financial Risk COO Risk and Credit Risk. Examples of change initiatives in this team are Valuation Risk Credit Risk Reporting and IRRBB with recent successes like the go-live of Basel IV drawing widespread attention.
Your success factors
At least 4 years work experience in an international context and collaborating across borders and cultures (across tribes countries and functional lines).
Tangible experience in (agile) program management preferably in the financial industry.
Ability to deliver the strategic objectives and regulatory commitments.
Strong change management skills: planning & alignment stakeholder management effective communication critical thinking and presentation skills.
Resilience the ability to deal with ambiguity and a focus on collaboration.
Proactive attitude positive mindset and organizational sensitivity.
Masters degree Business Administration Change Management or Finance related studies
Excellent level of English (writing and speaking).
