A Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager is required to join an industry leader in Renton WA
The successful Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager will come from an energy efficiency building systems or direct-to-owner facilities sales background and will be responsible for growing and expanding long-term client relationships while driving new business.

Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager Responsibilities:
- Develop and cultivate new and existing client relationships
- Sell controls HVAC lighting mechanical and energy projects direct to owner
- Lead strategic account planning and growth initiatives
- Coordinate projects with internal operations/sales teams and external partners
- Support estimating and design development
- Prepare and deliver proposals
Business Development Manager / Sales Engineer / Account Manager Requirements:
- Degree in engineering business sustainability or related field is beneficial
- At least 3 - 5 years experience in sales engineering or energy efficiency roles
- Direct-to-owner facilities sales experience strongly preferred
- Knowledge of building mechanical systems energy management systems and lighting/controls
- Energy efficiency or technical sales certification is desirable
- Must reside within 45 minutes of Renton WA
