Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for maintaining inventory of all shipping supplies.
- Responsible for ordering supplies when needed and picking up orders from supply and storing in shipping.
- Responsible for department invoices and requisitions.
- Responsible for reviewing department time and making sure date was entered.
- Responsible for storing files for Human Resources on storage trailer.
- All other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communications skill
- Bi-Lingual preferred
- Ability to multi-task and pay attention to details
- Self-starter and very organized
- Computer skills and knowledge of basic office software necessary
- Team Player
- Must have great attendance and punctuality
- Be able to work under pressure/fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to multi-task and handle high work volume
- Must be able to go down to production floor when needed
