The opportunity
As Application Specialistyou apply strongapplication technology knowledge and expertise to any application activity within all IT process domains. You are strongly involved in all operational activities and contribute to various areas from solution design through testing deployment configuration and development to users training. Role could include configuration and development where you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our application customization processes. Your responsibilities encompass both configuration governance and master data management.
How youll make an impact
Identify propose advise and implement existing IT application technology and IT solutions/services sharing knowledge and depending on seniority - guiding others on implementation and operation using understanding of existing IT application technology and business requirements.
Involved in the installation management maintenance and optimization of IT solutions/services where application knowledge is needed.
Application and software design in order to provide product solutions for specific business needs
Manage/ support the entire process of building applications from the design process to creating testing and rolling out the application
Design a product solution in line with specifications given by Solution Architect Application Manager and business users
Implement application and provide support services for users
Provide trainings for business users

Your background
7 years of experience in IT Applications Management and Service Delivery in multinational companies
Bachelors degree or equivalent in computer science engineering or business management
Experience and ability to work with virtual delivery teams as well as distributed stakeholders
Experience in one or more coding languages (e.g. Javascript C Python Java. Specify the languages relevant to the role)
Tools and Methodologies of this role: ITIL 4 Preferred and L6S Lean 6 Sigma Certified
Experience with development platforms (e.g. AWS Azure Salesforce Pega Docker Kubernetes. Specify the languages relevant to the role)
Experience with functional domain where the application belongs to. (e.g. Finance Engineering Sales & Marketing. Specify the languages relevant to the role)
Strong ability to understand context for code the codebase and its relation to business objectives.
