Job Description:
The Inside Sales person will focus on customer acquisition. This position involves cold calling new potential clients client business referrals or web leads. Provide prospective customers/clients with all services offered and additional presentations as needed. Work with Sales Team to create solutions for their needs and consult through the sales process. Must be energetic well-spoken and eager to close sales and increase revenue.
Roles and Responsibilities
Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients
Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support
Researching potential leads from business directories web searches or digital resources
Managing the day to day activities of the team from lead cutting to allocation
Understanding and bringing up strategies for calling.
Qualifying leads from digital campaigns conferences references tradeshows etc.
Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients
Good understanding of usage of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and Sales CRM preferably Oracle
Presenting and delivering information to potential clients
Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
Working with sales team when closing the sale
Tracking weekly monthly and quarterly performance and sales metrics
Building pipelines with channel partners and team members to close sales
Maintaining database (Salesforce CRM Excel etc.) of prospective client information
Closing sales and working with clients through closing process
Generates revenue by soliciting and obtaining orders understanding and interpreting technical requirements providing technical information and developing accounts.
Assesses competitors by analyzing and summarizing competitor information and trends and identifying sales opportunities.
Develops sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential accounts soliciting new accounts building rapport providing technical information and explanations and preparing quotations
Should have good re-searching skills
Closes new accounts by answering the telephone fax and e-mail inquiries and verifying and entering information.
Develops accounts by checking customers buying history suggesting related and new items and explaining technical features.
Maintains and improves quality results by following standards and recommending improved policies and procedures.
Explores opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
Skills required:
Accuracy and attention to detail
Intimate knowledge of presentation programs such as PowerPoint Google Slides Prezi and Keynote Adobe Acrobat etc.
Have a good eye for design and aesthetics to create well thought out presentations
Excellent time management and organizational skills - Ability to work under pressure and handle a wide range of tasks and projects at the same time
An understanding of the latest trends styles formats templates etc.. within the national and global corporate environment
Professional approach to time costs and deadlines and strict adherence to decided deadlines
Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all-day
Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call connect and interact with potential customers
Persuasive and goal-oriented
Possesses an energetic outgoing and friendly demeanor
Eager to expand the company with new sales clients and territories
Self-motivated and self-directed
Able to multitask prioritize and manage time efficiently
In-depth understanding of company services and its position in the industry

Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close
Ability to work independently or as an active member of a team
Previous experience in an outbound call centre inside sales experience or related sales experience preferred
Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite (Word PowerPoint Outlook and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred
Healthcare experience will be an advantage
Preference for Educational background:
Diploma / Bachelors/Masters degree with a concentration in marketing promotions advertising sales or business administration
3 to 5 years of industry sales experience preferred
Familiarity with office software and phone systems
Capabilities in being a part of Telemarketing teams. Largely should have great communication skills.
Great communication skills required Mandatory considering they will be reaching out to US prospects.
Any Business Management course or Sales Management course will be an added advantage.
Preference of Professional background:
Preference will primarily be given to individuals with proven experience in Business Development departments of reputed IT/ITES companies. Healthcare experience in telesales will be a preference. Individuals with experiences companies like Access AGS HGS etc.; would be considered as a secondary preference. Knowledge about the Healthcare industry will be a added advantage.
