Overview

The Externals Group is working with a well-established Industrial roofing and cladding contractor based out of the West Midlands. We are currently seeking a Construction Graduate or a Junior Manager/Supervisor who will assist in overseeing delivery of roofing and/or cladding projects from initiation to completion.

This position provides a clear path for career progression into Contracts Management for the successful candidate.

A day in the life will involve working closely with the contracts manager with the following:

Manage multiple roofing projects located throughout the Midlands ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
Coordinate with clients suppliers and team members to ensure smooth project progression.
Monitor compliance with safety regulations and contractual obligations.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
Conduct site visits and project reviews to assess progress and adherence to specifications.

Requirements:

Experience with roofing would be beneficial although not necessary
Construction related qualification
Must have a desire to move into Management
